Applicable law and attribution of jurisdiction

The request of services is reserved to users who have read and accepted by a clic or by phone the general terms and conditions of sale online in their totality, as long as the specific conditions that could be edited prior to each order. The FONDATION RENE TOURAINE reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale online at any time, without notice, on the understanding that such modifications would be inapplicable to reservation previously accepted by the FONDATION RENE TOURAINE. Every user commits to comply with these general terms and conditions of sale online, and especially to pay every due amounts, and to accept the conditions and limitations of responsibility related to the disponibility of the offered services.

CAUTION: by exception to the point 7 above, the orders of provision of services (session booking, reunions) or of hosting that you have validated are subject of availability to be confirmed; those orders could be refused in the case of unavailability for required date and hour (whatever the reasons could be), therefore your order is confirmed only if FONDATION RENE TOURAINE does not indicate the order’s impediment in the 5 days following your purchase, online or by phone. In the case that your order could not be satisfied, FONDATION RENE TOURAINE commits to reimburse you the entire amount of the service. It is your responsibility to insure that the contact details you give during the reservation are correct, and that they will permit you to receive the confirmation of your reservation, and/or to benefit from the purchased services. In the hypothetical case that you do not want this confirmation, it is incumbent upon you to contact FONDATION RENE TOURAINE. All the above mentions figuring on the reservation confirmation will constitute the agreement of the parties if FONDATION RENE TOURAINE does not contest them in the 5 days following the reservation, by mail or email, or if you do not contest them by back and forth registered mail in the 15 days following the reservation. They could however be contested only if they differ from your order. Delivery
Except as otherwise provided, if this is an event organized by the FONDATION RENE TOURAINE, the documents ordered on the website (badges, participation tickets, potential invitations) have to be collected on site, exclusively at the place of the event, and as early as possible on the day of the opening of the event as indicated in the programs or on the information website. It is your responsibility, and yours only, to enter correctly and fully the information that will permit FONDATION RENE TOURAINE to proceed to the delivery of services ordered online.

Sale
The payment of the services you ordered is done directly during the order, through a safe system, by giving your debit card’s number (Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard and American Express are accepted). In the case where the payment is irregular, incomplete or ineffectual, for a reason depending on you, the sale of these services would be canceled, the cost being met by you, a civil or penal penalty could be undertaken against you, if need be. The ordered services would be confirmed only at the cashing of your due money. It is your responsibility to follow the indications given on the website to send the payment in times. Otherwise, the ordered services would be immediately canceled, without notice (see particular sale conditions in the sales part of the website)

Cancellation and modification
Any cancellation due to the user, after they assisted to the first session, would not lead to any reimbursement for the following sessions

Any cancellation due to the organiser would lead to the reimbursement of the canceled session pro rata to the package of paid sessions

The non-participation of a user would not lead to any reimbursement.

For “classroom” sessions (physical meeting, congress, “live” seminar…), please refer to the general and particular conditions of the event’s program.
